Susan Englar

Susan began her career in restaurant operations at Taco Bell. She worked in positions of increasing responsibility in both corporate and franchise locations.

Working for Burger King Corporation from 2005 through 2017, Ms. Englar began in field operations as an operations excellence specialist auditing restaurants and coaching teams to better restaurant execution. Then, moved into the restaurant support center holding various roles including:

  • Brand standards manager: creating and managing the first ever global operations manual Operations platform manager creating global brand standards and training programs for new product implementation through the organization
  • Ops communication manager developing video-based learning and electronic communication systems
  • Global training manager creating and developing training modules and restaurant routine application

At B.GOOD, Susan was senior director of ops systems & supply chain where she initiated and implemented restaurant systems to drive consistent, excellent restaurant execution and results. She has also configured and implemented restaurant training LMS platforms.
