Lucyna Gloria is Brand President of OTTO, where she leads both company-operated and franchise businesses, focused on disciplined growth, building enduring brand, and strong franchise partnerships. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience building and scaling multi-unit brands by aligning strategy, operations, and culture.

Previously, Lucyna served as Vice President of Global Operations for Museum of Ice Cream, where she led global site operations, supported successful new museum openings, and helped establish the operational and team foundations to support future growth.

Before that, Lucyna spent over two decades with Starbucks Coffee Company, where her career progressed through store and district leadership into senior U.S. and international roles. She led large, complex portfolios of 100+ stores, 3,000 employees, drove market turnaround and long-term growth, and played a key role in international market entry in EMEA. Lucyna helped develop early concepts of unique coffeehouse experience that helped in future creation of Starbucks Reserve stores and led successful market rollout of new Clover coffee innovation as part of Starbucks’ broader premiumization and turnaround strategy.

On the licensed side of the business, Lucyna led the onboarding of new multi-unit partners and oversaw diverse portfolios across colleges and universities, healthcare, grocery, and retail partners such as Target—serving as a trusted advisor while driving operational excellence, brand strength, and sustainable growth.
